By having all yr hint return positively.
Have u ask her the choice of partner, criteria, requirement? Do u fit in??? (She might exaggerate a bit)
Have u have any outing with her? Does she enjoy yr presence and the outing u organise for her?
Have u ask her opinion of u? Positive?
Have u ask her ready for a r/s? Is she ready to accept r/s now, her priority??
Do u have a certain understanding of her history?
Do u always have mutual understanding and great communication?

humm lets assume that the TS is asking a girl to be his gf.
Confession are never easy, it takes courage, some did it so many times until it does not any meaning. For you it maybe something new.
You do it when you feel is time. No one can say when is the right time for anyone cos everyone is different. Real man face confession in the face and tell their would be gf that they really want the relationship to work. Real man face rejection positively and are willing to learn from it.
Statics from gals show that they would rather accept a guy who had the guts to tell them that they love them face to face, rather then hide behind someone or something.

i got no experience...
but i think this would be good...
if u are communicating well with her, and she allows u to like touch her hair or something like that...
and she like dun mind u 2 going out alone together outside..
dun mind going to ur house alone, ( that is if she cant go, she will give very very valid and true reason)
then i think its the time...
start by saying that, "today i look good?"
"today u look so attractive.."
or something lidat... then u pop up the question, just one thing to be sure... no matter wat, especially when poping the question, look into her eye sincerely... naturally...
if it is a positive ans... it will be so romantic.....
if not, u will be like so man... be sure to confirm ur friendship with her if she ever reject u...
btw i no experience de... just seeing things from everywhere and then combine them up... heehee
