yup, substation is next to the asian civilization museum, if you know where the old national library or mph is, it's just 30m down the road.
i have been to the substation a few times. in the guiness theatre, you definitely cannot mosh, it's too damn small and pack. the venue is more for talks and drama or dance. however, you get ringing in your ears for sure after the gig.

i know the folks there will get creative, but the theatre has got elevated seat, stadium style, so it will be a challenge. and i doubt the theatre can accomodate 800pax. it is a strange venue indeed.
a fun thing will be perhaps to get to row 13 and mosh your way down...
