    • Today around 1145am, a PIW was waiting for 300. The first bus that came was TIB1102R. When the next bus TIB1035B came, she wanted to board but BC say that bus not WAB, so need wait for next one, but the next bus is TIB1022M (not WAB again).. not sure how long she gonna wait but then 300 is not yet a WAB service

      Buses before were SMB1410D, SMB126G and SMB1420A, 3 back-to-back WAB buses that she missed...

      got WAB status but doesnt mean 100% fully WAB buses...u should see how many non-WAB buses does 302 have even though it is a WAB service...

      there is 301 and 983 anyways... if PIW wants to alight at cck ave 3 there is 975 but outside int

      Indeed! But IDK why she die die wanna wait for 300, which is not a WAB service in the first place...

       

      Edited: Unless PIW wanted to alight at blk 293? That bus stop only got 300, opposite 172 only stop either before Sunshine place or Sunshine place itself...

      PM peak still quite high demand tho.. but off peak really wasted capacity..

      svc 300 operating at 02-03 min frequency. Even if she waited 04 buses, she waited max. 12 mins

      This would be normal for PIW for most services. She is lucky she is using 300. Moreover, she could always choose 983 which is full WAB or 301 which is majority WAB as well.

      300 has got around 12 buses operating at 02-03 minute frequency. Hence, the demand seems to have dropped because there have been excess buses added. Most demand is still for ave 4 that also got 983. 300 boost in buses came in at same time as 983 lost many of its DDs to rigids few months back.

      Off peak wasted capacity applies to almost all services in Singapore. Except for those timings when school is over.

      All 3 buses affected by the PIW in 300 are dying buses. These must be retired by this year.

      804 is removing MAN NG363F and shifting to 300, and 804 will in turn replace by double decker buses (for Seletar Bus Package principle).

      Actually no leh.. frequency during AM off peak is around 5-7 mins per bus from what i observed (SMRT web states 3-6 mins)... at least i waited a good 7 mins for TIB1035B after TIB1102R left and TIB1022M took another 6 mins like that to arrive...

      Not a frequent 300 pax here but definitely not 2-3 mins during off peak... 2-3 mins is more for peak hours...

      Yes I stated the peak hour frequency of 03 minutes, bro. Off-peak sure will be lower.

      From around 1030am at bus stop opp YewTee MRT, buses were coming in this order:

      ... 8001E >> Unknown Habit >> 1210L >> 1237K >> 1062Y >> 1238H >> 8001E >> 8019E ...

      Meaning to say, if any PIW were to miss SMB8001E, the PIW will have to wait for the 6th bus before SMB8001E comes back to the same bus stop...

      So much for a WAB service HAHA!

      Wah thats damn sad. Whats the frequency for 302? Imgine a PIW having to wait half an hour! :(

      around 6-8 mins. Definitely more than half hour as its the same bus (SMB8001E) coming back.. SMB8019E and SMB8020A were having mealbreak then....

      Exactly! Which was kind of weird also, even though many of the SDs are splits...
