      Should be 7 DDs & 6 SDs...

If people dun want DD then more bendies? Then LTA will say very road-space wasting.

851 always have potential for good loading because the route it serves and it is actually not very winding.  Even evening as well - A22 reaching Yishun is fully seated with 3/4 standees.

I am sure if they put HC buses on 167/980 their loadings will improve too, but SMRT wont coz SMRT want to herd and chase more people to their godforsaken but money-spinning NSL.

Next year SBST will deploy 50-50 SD/DD for service 851.

    • 985 should have 4 DDs,2 full day and 2 split shift.

Depends where you see. 117 loading is still poor between Sembawang and Khatib, but picks up quite nicely between Khatib - Yishun Ave 1 - SAP (70+ pax) during AM peak and Yishun - Khatib - Yishun Ave 1 (pm peak).

In SAP area, I agree, there are only 2-3 trips AM/PM that go full.

    • 163: 3-4 full day DDs today, add SBS3161A on 163M.

    • 2 full day DDs for 163 today (SBS3161A and another ad-less WEG in Hanover EDS). Seems that there is a capacity upsize this weekend.
