    • 962 AM (0630-0830)

      Frequency: 04-06 minutes

WDL Int - WDL Ave 5 (40-50 pax)

WDL Ave 5 - WDL Ave 6, Admiralty MRT (70-90 pax)

WDL Ave 6 - Sembawang Way (40-50 pax)

Sembawang Cres - Sembawang Dr (50-70 pax)

Sembawang Dr - Admiralty Link (60-90 pax)

Admiralty Link - Sembawang Dr (60-90 pax)

Sembawang Dr - Sembawang Cres (40-50 pax)

Sembawang Way - WDL Ave 6 (30-40 pax)

      WDL Ave 6 - WDL Ave 5 (40-60 pax)

WDL Ave 5 - WDL Interchange (50-80 pax)

** DDs on 962 are doing excellent. This was one service where DDs were deemed to be futile because of short distance of stops from MRT. In fact, DDs have helped to clear load at bus stops.

** 962 route is quite unique. Very few duplicating services along the way. Hence, even with superb frequency and DDs, loading continues to be high.

Yes,Actually WLDEP should take OCs for this service..More standing space and goes well with B9TL also.

    • 972 load towards BPJ road (near BKE) and city is higher than 920 + 922 + 972 combined towards BPJ Interchange.

The reason I can think of is that people along Senja, Segar, Fajar find it better to use 972 to get to (1) Stevens DTL3 to city (2) Orchard (3) Woodlands via 178, 963, 966 (4) Yishun via 171 (5) PIE/Toa Payoh/St.Andrews/Eunos via 966, (6) 960 to Woodlands road, (7) 184 to Ngee Ann via Pending (8) 171 to Upper Bukit Timah (9) 178 to Boon Lay, Bukit Batok.

For (6), (7), (8) people can also use stop at BPJ road near Upper Bukit Timah depending on where they live along ring road.

      Same observation fellas?
