    • Any chance that 182 and 182M will merge after Tuas West Extension opens? This gives passengers easier access to Tuas Link MRT.

I think if there was any chance, they would have been merged on the same day as other TWE bus amendments (247, 248 etc)...

Not sure what's the point of winding around Telok Blangah Way which already has 124 to Chinatown and Orchard, and 195 to Tiong Bahru MRT...

Your suggestion of diverting 128 to CTE instead of doing Thomson Rd is fine, just that like what array88 mentioned, the extenstion to Bukit Merah seems pretty unnecessary since there's already 121 & 195 between Tiong Bahru MRT and Telok Blangah Way, 272 from Bukit Merah to Telok Blangah Way. Besides, there are already an abundant of services from Tiong Bahru to Chinatown (33, 63 & 851), none of these connections which are utilized heavily and in need of a new service.

      - 186 to cover the lost sector of 122 between Alexandra Rd and Tiong Bahru MRT while skipping Ganges Ave.

      - 121 will not be affected

Amended 120: New Bridge Road - Commonwealth Drive

      New Bridge Road Ter

      Jalan Bukit Merah

      Kim Tian Rd

Tiong Bahru Rd (Tiong Bahru MRT)

      Henderson Rd

      Telok Blangah Heights

      Telok Blangah Dr

      Telok Blangah Rd

      Alexandra Rd

      Jalan Bukit Merah

      Lengkok Bahru

      Redhill Rd

      Redhill Close

      Tiong Bahru Rd (Redhill MRT)

      Tanglin Rd

      Kay Siang Rd

      Margaret Dr

      Queensway

      Commonwealth Dr

      Commonwealth Ave

      Margaret Dr

(Continue same route back to NBR Ter)

      Amended 186:

      Alexandra Rd

      Lower Delta Rd

      Tiong Bahru Rd

      Zion Rd

      Havelock Rd

      - 120's deleted sector along Alexandra Rd covered by 64, 33 & 145

      - 122's deleted sector from NBR to Tiong Bahru MRT already covered by 33, 63, 121 & 851

      - Skips a pair of bus stops along Lower Delta Rd, 3 bus stops along Jalan Bukit Merah, 2 pairs of bus stops along Tiong Bahru Road and Telok Blangah St 32.

      Pros:

      - Telok Blangah Heights residents gain a direct and faster link to Tiong Bahru MRT as compared to the current 120 route.

      - New link from Tiong Bahru MRT to Jalan Bukit Merah (Silat Rd)

      - Lengkok Bahru and Jalan Bukit Merah gain a new link to Redhill MRT

      - Link between Alexandra Retail Centre and Redhill MRT is maintained amd also from Telok Blangah Heights and Telok Blangah MRT.

      Cons:

      - Dawson residents lose direct link to Tiong Bahru MRT

      - Link between Redhill MRT and Jalan Bukit Merah is lost

      Created a routes.one map for my 120 & 122 merger suggestion.

    • 120,121 & 122 still have their own loadings although its not DD worthy or good loadings..

Which is precisely why I recommend merging these services. 121's loading is definetely worthy of DD but cannot have DD due to route constraints. As for 122, the loading is below average for a short trunk and seeing buses with literally 0 pax on board is not uncommon on this service, therefore I feel 122 is pretty underutilized aside from the fact that it is mainly used by school students during AM peak...

Kim Tian Rd and Telok Blangah Cres probably, though there's no written restriction I've seen for these roads

    • Changi Airport Terminal 4 is opening soon, around Q4 this year.

I would like to call upon members who have knowledge on Changi Airport area to submit bus route proposals for Changi Airport Terminal 4.

If anyone can't remember the route, here is the original route of Svc 111 from Hougang Central - Ghim Moh:

Upp Serangoon Rd - Jln Besar - Bencoolen St - Orchard Rd - Penang Rd - Somerset Rd - Grange Rd - Orchard Boulevard - Grange Rd - Tanglin Rd - Alexandra Rd - Commonwealth Ave - Ghim Moh Rd

My rationale is as above and also the bus quite empty at night... As such, could provide alternative route besides the North East Line.

I think Hougang Bus Interchange not enough room for new services (Including your Service 111 suggestion)
