      83 extension: The route from Buangkok MRT to HG St 51/91/93 is good, but the route would be too winding for Buangkok Cres to Buangkok MRT.

      371 amendment: Increased travelling time to Rivervale Cres, which has only 1 service, may lead to more complaints

      Also, there is no right turn from Compassvale Cres to Compassvale Street at the junction further from Compassvale primary school. The new 371 route will have to call at the same Compassvale Cres stops in both directions, and red/white plates will be needed.

      You mean the junction at the temple? The kerb might have to be shifted in a bit.

      I would not touch 371 - feeder doing well. The Compassvale Crescent diversion can be applied to 374 that is struggling to find many passengers. Alternately 83/374 each can do Compassvale Crescent in one direction, providing to/fro direct connection to Sengkang MRT.

      Touching 374 in the direction towards Fernvale can make residents very unhappy, as they can no longer take 374 from MRT bus stop but have to walk to Compassvale Int. Amending 83 towards Punggol and 374 towards Compassvale seems like the best solution.

      (Or extend 84 to Compassvale, so that 83 towards Punggol and 84 towards Compassvale are amended to Compassvale Cres)

      If thats the case does it mean 84 must go one big round to enter compassvale as there is only one way the buses can turn into compassvale

      But just a thought (i think i mention b4 also): no point suggesting it to start at hougang south coz LTA wont have plans to "resurrect" it, even if u hope that it becomes a ter coz maybe of resources? Plus ur route is too long to be one that can be those that terminates by the roadside bus stop
