From why I heard 137 will pass by marine parade , bedok south , new upp changi,  bedok north , bedok Ave and more . It will start operating around April . However i dont really know the final terminal as yhe "important" people didnt say it out loud  . The interesting is that it will pass by Bedok north street 3 , where only 225w served . Seem like a alternative is coming to the resident there .

Hmm maybe loop at Kaki Bt Ind Est?

The 137 is under either Bedok or east coast package . And yes the Bus captain are learning the bus route as of last few days to get fimilarise with the route . LTA should announced it around April . And also sv 25 maybe moved to terminate at East Coast Terminal instead of Bedok . ( by " important" people )

    • However long the route, maximum duration should be around sixty minutes.

What's the purpose of the proposed 500 anyway? Is it for Keppel shipyard workers living in Punggol area to go to Tuas, when the port relocates to Tuas next time?

This what heard from them . However if u see the similarities between 25 & 854 is very close . Both served Bedok & Eunos area until yio chu kang road . By putting 25 at East coast terminal , resident there can have a direct bus to Eunos / Hougang area . U don't need 2 same buses (854/25) to run the same line for almost half of their route . If passengers in 25 want to go to Yio chu kang area they can change bus to 854 .

    • For the bus service 25  lta won't extended to upper east coast terminal  even  it should expect to changi business park terminal  for the feedback to  lta  also said that to the email

Ok what parallel from Hougang Ave 2 to Bedok and after all loadings is quite healthy..25 extend to UEC 854 will have loadings issue

if that's the case for 25, do you know which route the proposed extension will take?

Via Tanah Merah MRT (same as 14,45)
Via Bedok South Ave 3 (same as 46, 506)

or maybe via Bedok South Road, Bedok South Ave 1, Upper East Coast Road?

Third one definitely unlikely due to the necessity of serving Bedok MRT, at least. The Bedok -- UEC link is probably what's needed. Though the area along Eunos Link would be duplicative of 45.

Too bad CBP Terminal didn't get the extension.

(In all honesty, might as well extend 26 to UEC and 25 to CBP. Would avoid duplication problems too.)

    • Lta won't extended the bus service 25  for  so long as the feedback to lta  said that means that are not considered for the bus service

Hi mr carbikebus, that is very fast. Last time only 1 or 2 days before the actual date of implementation then will be up. Cheers. Thanks.

    • Upper East Coast terminal  will be provided  bus service 44  and  the service will take place from  the area of ubi loops

Are you foretelling or just suggesting?

(Also please speak in full sentences and use punctuation. Some of your posts are hard to make sense of and can be vague and misleading. This is a forum after all. Communication can only effectively take place with language understanding.)

If it does Bedok North St 3, it is surely to connect Bedok North Estate to DTL3.

when I took 129, I saw that Bartley Road East industrial estate is quite massive with large roads. Would be good to loop a service there via Kaki Bukit CC.

why everything UEC when there is low demand there? Get more services to CBP that has super high demand.

854 can be cut short to Eunos already since 25 is parallel to Bedok. No need extend 25 to UEC to reduce duplication.

I believe it would be MUCH better if 25 is extended to CBP instead.

And I wonder, of all the Bedok services, why 25? It is a service with extremely high loading and good frequency, and I'm not sure if demand between Bedok and UEC would be too low for it (depends on the route). If they want to provide a direct connection between Bedok and UEC, would be better to extend a service with not-so-high demand, like 26, 32 or 40.

Hi mr carbikebus, yes I saw it. It is the same as when they introduce new service 117, 118 in end 2015. The plaque/sign is erected but they cover up the number. They will only show the number most likely just 1 day ahead of implementation. However, the 381 osters are all out at all the bus stops along its route. Cheers. Thanks.

Sounds like 134 extension to me... It would be a shame if LTA introduces yet another service from Sims Place to Marine Parade and beyond.

Thus, coming to think about it, Sims Place is unlikely the terminus...
