      AMDEP will be left with 110, 167, 169, 171, 853, 854, 855, 856, 857, 858, 859, 882, 883, 963, 965, 966, 969, 980, 981.

Some possibilities if the bulk of the Seletar Package buses eventually comprises of buses transferred from SMRT.:

      1.  YTBI and SBW no longer has ONP. All buses go back to the now-empty AMDEP and WLBP.
      2.  ONP at the two interchanges continue but AMDEP to take additional duties for services that hit East or South of Singapore (61, 67, 190, 700, 960, 985). This would mean KJDEP and WLDEP transferring buses to AMDEP. SMRT may cease using UPDEP / LYDEP too.

If the bulk of the Seletar HC buses comprises of new A95's and new B9TL's, the number of retiring O405G's may even be less than or equal to the number of HC buses no longer required in remaining SMRT services after the handover, hence the retiring bendies may not even need to be replaced after they go off.  Just possibly internal SMRT shuffling between depots (e.g. guys like 1212G, 1213D may go WLDEP or KJDEP).

You forgot that they will move to Mandai.Yishun anchor operator is still them although SBST conquered all the feeders/Intratowns,851,852 & 860.Future plannings who knows right?Woodlands also will have Woodlands North ITH.Kranji will move to Gali Batu Depot and there is also a new Gali Batu Terminal. They need extra buses for Rail Bridging Service too.

    • For Nite Owl and NightRider, there is no need for high capacity buses except for Christmas, New Year and CNY Eve. Often the appearance for double decker in Nite Owl and NightRider are rare.

1231B and 1232Z will leave 812 at the end of the year - they have been perm 812 since day one of their service lives.

After this year end, I am just hoping that AMDEP transfer some of their remaining 36 old bendies over to KJDEP for 184/300/302 usage. Since KJDEP do not have much bendies by then after the year 2000 batches go off.

Furthermore the remaining trunk routes under AMDEP (Sembawang-Yishun package) can easily just switch all their high capacity to DDs.

Any chances that SBST Seletar be taking in some old bendies (those year 2002 batch onwards) for Yishun feeders in the interim phase?

You forget that all non WAB bendies will go for early retirements..302 can use DD liao..300 only need a few A24 and so does 301.Amdep still need around 7-8 A24 for 858.

I dun see a need for BBDEP to intake any A95s. What BBDEP needs most is Citaro intakes to replace the whole lot of DM3500s going off this year end.

HGDEP should intake instead, since there are Tridents that are due for retirement soon.

Which means that the TIB1148J batch onwards won’t stay till end of 17 years lifespan?

I am still wondering why 184 still did not get any DDs yet is it due to Cashew Road.
