For continental cars, they usually don't keep a large stock here in SG. As you know, we are land scarce. They can't possibly have a large garage to keep huge amounts of stocks.
Another reason is that the options list is rather long. You opt for some extra accessories here and there, and they have to order from the factory. They can't have stocks here in SG that satisfy everyone's taste.
Be prepared to wait for a few months.
Added: Even my uncle's Volvo S40 (which he didn't tick a single box in the options list) took one full month to be delivered to him.

If you prefer posing over handling, the M3 CC is for you. Otherwise, the M3 coupe is still the better choice. Less wobbly and better handling.

Edit: Typo

Hmmm... I actually prefer the M3 CC... (guess I like the style)... Not looking so much into the engine stuff etc... Do you know exactly when the M3 CC will be available for purchase?

Sorry, I was giggling so hard about this reply. The salespeople are obviously not trying to find out how rich you are, and sell you your car.
BTW, dont ever let slip that you are buying the car full cash, the salesman will never ever entertain you in that case.

why not? The process and the paperwork would be easier for them...

The paperwork may be simpler, but that does not earn them anything.
Bank loans approved for your purchased vehicles brings them commission.
If you are really prepared to buy the car full cash, you best also let them salesperson knows that you are providing about 10%-20% of the car's worth as commission to them in cash.

If i am not wrong, they get about 5% commission for the sale of car, so the remaining is from bank loan?
