I have the money to buy the BMW 335i...

its a hard top btw, costing around $275,000...
lets say I buy the car today, when can I actually get it...
Any one can help me on this one?
P.S. Paying in full
I assume you are getting it from Performance Motors?
Delivery time for coupes usually takes around 3-4 months.
My experience with Mercedes was that it took 2 months for the SLK to arrive.
wont they have any cars in stock with them?
I am not going for the coupe... But the cabriolet...
wah rich sia. u can always tell them u want it asap. give them the date u want, see whether they can make it happen or not.
btw, do take note of the m3 cabriolet. lol

If you have so much money, then use some of your spare to take a cab to PM to ask and get your answer there. If your spare change is too much for cabby uncle to give you change, then use your vertu phone to call PM and ask.
Last I check, this website is sgforums not performancemotors.com.sg
wahahahaha. u damn rich, pay 275,000$ in cash. but how do u pay, u bring cheque or wads of 50$ notes?
I sense multiple sensory signs of jealousy.
What's up with you guys?!

Go to www.bmw-sg.com and ask your questions; not here.

cheque of course... Skali along the way kena rob...
For continental cars, they usually don't keep a large stock here in SG. As you know, we are land scarce. They can't possibly have a large garage to keep huge amounts of stocks.
Another reason is that the options list is rather long. You opt for some extra accessories here and there, and they have to order from the factory. They can't have stocks here in SG that satisfy everyone's taste.
Be prepared to wait for a few months.
Added: Even my uncle's Volvo S40 (which he didn't tick a single box in the options list) took one full month to be delivered to him.
crazy

If you prefer posing over handling, the M3 CC is for you. Otherwise, the M3 coupe is still the better choice. Less wobbly and better handling. ![]()
Edit: Typo

Hmmm... I actually prefer the M3 CC... (guess I like the style)... Not looking so much into the engine stuff etc... Do you know exactly when the M3 CC will be available for purchase?
Why dont you just call the company?
i did! the keep putting me on hold...

Sorry, I was giggling so hard about this reply.
The salespeople are obviously not trying to find out how rich you are, and sell you your car.
BTW, dont ever let slip that you are buying the car full cash, the salesman will never ever entertain you in that case.

why not? The process and the paperwork would be easier for them...

I believe this is your first purchase of a vehicle?

actually yes...
The paperwork may be simpler, but that does not earn them anything.
Bank loans approved for your purchased vehicles brings them commission.
If you are really prepared to buy the car full cash, you best also let them salesperson knows that you are providing about 10%-20% of the car's worth as commission to them in cash.

If i am not wrong, they get about 5% commission for the sale of car, so the remaining is from bank loan?
