  thats rubbish...it depends on what u want...I can be filthy rich but i can choose to drive a BMW //M3...why not? each manufacturer has it own vision and aim...

  At least state which models are you eyeing? E.g. the BMW 5-series Vs MB E-Class

  To me i have an old flame with the E39 5ivers especially the M5.

  Personally the W211 E55 AMG looks average compared to the M5.

  And also not to be a flamebait but the current E92 M3 is not for me. What's up with the twin turbos, and experts deemed the E46 M3 a better driver's car. Maybe they've gone soft? I don't know.

  As you can tell i am and always will be a bimmer fan.

  I personally feel that BMW cars look sportier and more "hip" then MB cars. The design of BMW cars are also much nicer than MB ones. To me it seems that the younger generation favour BMW more while the older generation prefer MB. I guess that has to do with how MB was associated with the rich in the 90's. In the past, the competition between luxury cars were not as intense as now and MB were the heavyweights then. But as for me, I'll take a BMW over a MB anyday :) This is just my humble opinion though.

  erm the new E92 M3 DOES NOT have twin turbos...its a 4L V8...and yea...the new one does not seem as raw as the old one...haven tried the one with the new DKG gearbox though....

  the new E92 M3 may not have tts but the new 750i will have... : ) can't wait for that one...so will the new 740i
