  What's the difference between both cars in terms of spec? Cause both are running on a 2.0L engine right?

  Yes, but very big diff.

  Civic 2.0 K20Z, 155bhp. CTR K20A, 245bhp. The CTR's K20 has higher compression and a higher redline than the Civic 2.0's.

  If I'm not wrong, the CTR's compression is something like 11+, compared to the 2.0's 9+ (most cars usually run about 8~10), and the CTR has a redline of 8k+++ compared to the 2.0's 6k+++.
