thumbdrive problem

    • Hi guys, there's this old problem with my thumbdrive. My thumbdrive is now "Right protected", i tried to use many ways to format the drive using Right Click > Format > Fat32 OR NTFS. I've tried the DOS way to use cmd to use G:Format /q or G:Format, but I'm still unable to format my drive. My thumbdrive don't have any lock or unlock button, this problem occur after i plug my drive into my school computer which is full of virus...

    • write protected you mean..

      if there's nothing important in your thumbdrive then just go & get a new one since now it's so cheap..

      Yes, write protected, I know I can get a new one, but since there is such problem i though i would just look around and see if anyone can help. :)
