      here.

      Thats a political problem!

Try poverty.  Get an excuse to stay out late in Singapore, and start walking around.   Look for how many people you see living in the streets. Why aren't any social welfare services helping to look after them and providing for them?

    • its not that there are not enough agencies to look after destitutes or the homeless, but rather not enough funds to run them! go read yesterday's straits times review on why charities get scammed.

social problem? lots of people lack understanding of social service in sg. its not as great as you think it is.

And how do u think i can think of solution to help curb handicaps asking for money?

Unconsiderate smoker, hmm, how do u define unconsiderate?

did not know that sg, from the response here, considered a poor country with noteably high unemployment for a first world country.

erm introduce them to shelters, retraining them for jobs...

if a smoker smokes next to you and the 2nd hand smoke affects you, thats inconsiderate
