    • Interesting thing is that for ppl with normal sleeping behaviour, the alertness instinctively peaks around 9pm. Caveman style :)

And light seems to increase our alertness.

Maybe before sleeping check that everyone is ok, door is locked, isolate as much light as possible. Can keep alertness low. Will be a good sleep.

Mr foolsh pls sleep more. Body no spare part de. Even taxi also will spoil.

    • Good sleep started from a good pillow , dun believe ? Change your pillow now , and come back and tell me the diff . I using Novelle Home Foam Memory Pillow ..... good for your neck , spinal cord , whole back . Funny enough , sleep with good pillow , i dun wake up halfway ..... I recommend this pillow .....

    • When u thought all pillows are the same , think again .

Mine pillow $39.90 , some even selling $70+ at John Little .

Those $70+ must be nightmare-less pillow , hahahaha.

Good pillow make a big difference in your sleep .

For just $39.90 i spent , i got myself that sort of sleep , no money can buy .

    • Before i sleep with Novelle Memory Pillow ..... lie on bed , can flip and turn for hours , like roti prata turn here turn there ....

Now no more roti prate , within 5-10minutes after i close my eyes , knock out liao .
