I know several civil servants who have been voting opposition... didn't seem to affect their advancement, even can become school principle sial.
Seriously, enough with the rumours already. Choosing our government, as even the ruling party has said and assured us, is our right and we should exercise that.
Why stop at votes? Can also track IP here and identify who is the "noise" online and move them to the back of the queue for HDB mah. Why wait 4 years? They not so boliao or stupid to do such a thing.
But seriously... if 33.7 percent of the population voted opposition last GE, do you think it's in the PAP's best interest to further alienate this 33.7 percent by giving them a tough time... that the upgrading carrot has backfired in Hougang and Potong Pasir says a lot. Threatening people with such means usually ends up making people even less inclined to listen to you, not the other way round.
