  What types U like
  Tako Pachi (the brand with branches @ bugis) is getting worse
  i like Okonomiyaki too

  depends where u buy the takoyaki, if pasar malam i dun tink theu use japan mayo.
  those are Bonito flakes, u can get at Japanese corner at supermarts

  the stall at plaza singapura Basement 2 not bad .. always buy from there
