Hey Guys.

I will looking to purchase either one of the following (below) soon.  Want some advices before putting a pen on a 2 years telecom contract with Starhub as my existing contract is expiring.

1) Samsung Galaxy Note (which I have 1 with SingTel, a second one may be good for replacement in case the 1st one is damaged).

2) Samsung Tablet 7.7

3) Ipad

Any opinions to share ?

before you get, I advise you to go "molest" one of the live sets on display at the samsung shops..

I still see pple "molest" the dummy set dunno for what phark when there is a live set around..

I already "molested" one at AMK hub SingTel already.... 

not bad lah.... not as big as the 10.1 tablet. 

size depends on the individual & what he/she wants to use it for..

Actually ipad has a big market share in the market.

Got many kakis having ipad.

I am looking at a 3G (integrating to 4G soon). A gadget that can make phone call as well.

No preference for gadgets....my only source of updating only from my children.

So can't give you advice. But if you want to buy me 1, I don't mind Samsung S3...

if u intend to put in car asus padfone gd choice not so gd for lugging around,

if not tab 2 10.1 also got choice. if u wan portabilty then tab 2 7.0 or S3 lor............

7.7 haben get ICS yet so u may wan to wait awhile for ICS release somewhere

in july or aug

ok gd news ics for tab 7.7 juz out ydae though austrian firmware but

confirm some ppl hav flashed it n no probs on our local set will try

I must say I'm impress by the speed & graphic

Myself, I have an iPad, this one very important for me as I check my emails once every 2 to 3 hrs.

There is an app called invoice2go, very very good for sole prop like us.

Then there is street directory, Internet, and games for sleeping disposal.

During this time, it is not enough for us to just drive. With these equipment, we can do much more to up and value add our service.

With Internet connectivity, we can make restaurant reservations for our guests, find out esplanade theatres show times, recommend a restaurant, etc etc...

These equipment are invented for us to work smarter... Use it wisely and you will be surprised that your guests will be so impressed with you...

I preferred to invest this monies in something like AMG sports rims. Haha.
