How would you react?

Readme: Okay, just looking for all your opinions, no flaming required on how would u react if:
1. You are the teacher
2. You are the student
And who do you think is in a wrong
Your lesson just ended, and you are moving from another class, back to your own classroom. There is lesson going on, and they are already dismissed, moving out of the class soon. You just enter and put your belongings on ur table w/o distrupting the class, but the teacher shouted at you
Teacher: " Why are you coming into my class when im in here?"
( Bear in mind that the student did not distrupt the lesson )
The student just walk out w/o saying anything, in a sec the class exits the classroom and the angry teacher came out and started scolding the student.
Teacher shouts at the student: " Go to the General office "
Student say nicely: " give me one reason "
Teacher continues shouting the same thing, and soon the student angry also
Teacher: "tell me ur name"
Teacher: "you scared"?
(tone was trying to provoke, as u noe teacher is civil servant, and attacking a civil servant is wrong)
Student said:" Come la!"
So they continued to shout(no vulgarities), with hand actions
So, student starts to shout back already, and the teacher actually said: "want to challenge me? "
THey almost got into a fight if another teacher and student did not pull the teacher and student back.(if i saw correctly)
Also note that the teacher always punish 1/2 the class for not doing work, and the temper of the teacher is also not good. The student's mood was nt so good at that point
What would u do as a teacher and as a student??
Vent ur anger physically on the teacher, then talk later?
Apologise to the teacher after school?
Other actions?

Wait till teachers' day. Give him a letter (front page) Happy Teachers' Day *name of teacher*.
But the content inside the letter is actually a lawyer letter from you. -

remind the teacher that she should set the example and she is getting taxpayers money. -

yes, they are getting pay rise
but they can oweis shoot us back by saying: got money go private school lar!
seen many little thing big fuss in my school, but just didnt say out due to own good(im selfish ) after o levels will start writing articles.... -

In the past, as a student I'll probably laugh it off and slowly touture the teacher by any means I can possibly think of. The whole crux on the matter could simply be that the student THINK he did not disrupt the lesson.
I think as long as the teacher is still in the class, I would never enter the classroom and wait without asking for permission FIRST. That is basic courtesy.
i think the teacher over-reacted in a very out of control manner. But the whole incident could have been avoided to begin with if courtesy had been practised. -

After that, the HOD came in and said that the student must apologise first. i think that is fine, but the student may think the teacher is in the wrong as:
the teacher came in most of the time when we are leaving and asked us to "get out get out!", so that part is also not veri well done by the teacher.
The teacher is not showing much respect. So from my point of view, so for his own first piority, he is not exercising care for others.
From the other thread i can see that there are many bad tempered teachers around. -

Well, if i were the student, like my previous replies, i would apologise, tricking the teacher into the mindset that i am wrong, after a period, get back at the teacher. -
And btw guys, the teacher seems to have his life messed up.
He came into class reacting lika a military general.
Even jokes he almost want to scream at us. -
