Since I had to report at 7am in camp during NS and 7am at work after NS...I found myself taking the 1st or 2nd train very often.
From the probable 100+ trips of very early trains I have taken, I see that the ratio of males: females on the early trips can be as overwhelming as 30:1. it's like females almost non-existent on these trips.
I take the train heading to the east direction btw. Anyone else have such observations? Anything can be inferred? ![]()

what i noticed the moment i got on is everyone's asleep.
soon after, i joined them.
Bro, most people who takes the 1st or 2nd trains, be it NS or EW, at least 40% are students going to sch or SAF people or workers working early morning shift. Women where got like men so hard working one? Early morning 545am they still sleeping lah.

Yah I have taken 7am trains on a couple of occasions and noticed that it is very peaceful and quiet coz all snoozing away.

haiyaa of course laa... 1st, 2nd train mostly for workers like PSA, factory workers, etc... if u notice ah... most of the passengers inside all wear safety shoes liao... including me... i more siong ah.. morning2 take out MRT for you all to go to work...

see people wear sunglasses & take train at 5.30am tampines.
rush for panel seat, place padded towel on glass panel, lay head on panel and sleep riaos song song gao jurong.
