Those of you who study in NUS/NTU, i know the schools always organize seminars like e.g. science professors from overseas coming to the school to give talk. May I know whether outsiders are allowed to go in and listen?

why not? i went once. they don't take attendance nor collect fees anyway.
if FOC one usually anyone can go if need to register and/or pay one then have to register and pay lah.... and see if outsiders allowed.
