will osama's resurface upset bush's votes?

i saw on news that osama resurfaced.. as the "leader of terror" which bush had vowed to capture but yet failed to, do you think this will affect votes, i.e. more votes will be heading in kerry's favour?
there seems to be some form of parallel between chen shui-bian/annette lu vs lien chan/james sung and bush vs kerry where this "surprise" person comes in and upsets the voters. in chen shui-bian/annette lu vs lien chan/james sung, lien/sung alliance were in more favour but the mysterious bullet which scraped chen shui-bian's abdomen and annette lu's knee caused votes to tilt in president chen's direction.
with osama resurfacing now, could bush's votes be upsetted? -
Without osama around, its already upsetting enough for him.

The morning papers report that Osama mentioned Kerry, that means the video could have been made as recently as at day of presidential nominations.
Osama is reported to be “tanned, rested and ready” - an indication that he was not living a difficult life on the run. He is hiding pretty well indeed.
I wonder if OsamaÂ’s stooges can see that they are blowing themselves to bits, for someone who is covering.
As the video is aired by al Jazeera, it could not be a Bush release to garner more undecided voters.
The video could frighten Americans into voting for Bush, or could cause cowardly American vote for Kerry. Anyway it is bad timing for al Qaeda to air the warning now, as it wakes up America from their election mud slinging contest to the reality of the present state of affairs - terror.
Don't mind his rhetoric, Osama is satanically hateful and need to express himself.
Remember Spain gave in to the terror henchmen, and now are they safe from alQaeda? They still want tp plant the biggest bomb possible at the Spanish High Court.

osama resurface will not affect the election outcome. it could have 2 effect.
it will make the american know that the terror threats post by osama still exist and it need bush military means to wipe him out. on the otherhand it could also cast in favour of kerry by using UN to resolve problem in the middleeast than by using force.
either way, i support bush, coz i dont think these terrorist can be educated.
kerry peace and negotiating tactics will only wipe away bush effect for the past 4 year in fighting terror and let terror networks grow again. -
