> The lawsuits by Mr Lee Kuan Yew and Mr Goh Chok Tong against Dr Chee
> Soon Juan is fast approaching a conclusion. It is a good time to
> recall the courts' decisions made thus far:
>
> On Dr Chee applying for a QC to represent him
> Dr Chee: Yes
> Attorney-General: No
> The Courts: No
If Chee had chosen to have a SC (like Lee and Goh) to represent him
instead of insisting having a QC, the whole game might have been
played differently.
This shows that Chee is too confrontational and stubborn as a good
leader. His temperament clouds his judgment. His stubbornness make
him inflexible to seek alternative ways to do things better.
The score could have been better for Chee if he is not that stubborn.
