ACRA Service Level

  I had contact ACRA to enquire on how do i obtain copy of Company M&A,i was instructed to leave voice mail,as such,i left numerous voice mail from before 3pm.
  
  I do not expect any the reply on the same day.But on Fri,i had yet received any reply from ACRA.I,thus wrote a email to [email protected].
  
  I waited till Sat to expect them to reply.But...
  
  I just wonder if they set a guideline or Service Level.
  
  I now support the Gov to outsource to Pte Sector after numerous encounter i had with some of the Stat Board and Ministry.
