true, eventually it is whether the employer look up to ur degree or not. but with non-nus/ntu degree, probably ur starting pay will be a bit lesser. all company want to find excuse and save some money.
and also, the actual interview is really important. the degree is one thing. during interviewer, the panel will try to grill you, down your morale and see how you react. if you can still react positively and confidently, it says a lot about ur character, whether you give up at the sight of pressure or u can take it head on.
