Management buyout of MNC's local ops

If we want to encourage more entrepreneurs to take risks, this is one way to do so. Having the management to buy out Singapore-based operations means that locals have more control of these companies. That said, it could be beneficial for our economy that is largely a playing field of big-time foreign corporations or government-linked companies.
