I feel more at peace walking around, and somehow when I go on photoshoots, I feel drawn to places like Arab St, Little India , all those places where you can feel the life of the streets, not the sanitised form of city-life that the Govt wants to ENGINEER.They think everything can be constructed and shaped to their choosing, even the worth of a human being's life and how that human spends his/her years and what he or she should study.I despise it when they talk about us better be thankful that they intervened into our private lives to save us from ourselves.F.uck off you bitc.hes.You lost the ability to feel along the way and now, you do not deserve an iota of respect,
I'm spending my free time trying to document authentic street life in Singapore, trying to salvage what I can for memories.I suggest to you guys out there, go out and walk the streets more often.Bring a camera, and capture those moments. You might never know when you will go overseas for a job assignment and when you return, whole streets are gone, and any trace relating to their past existence has been erased from our consciousness like it never existed in the first place.
