And being an optical shop, and if they dun use oakley lens, its their fault, not frustrated's fault. how would we know got such constraints?
i wear glasses for 20yrs liao.. never had to go back 2nd time to collect one..
this is one shop i will definately avoid.

I wasnt saying that their service is no good. In fact, I appreciate what the branch manager did. Maybe you dint read my points properly, I was more angry on the time and effort taken to and from the shop and yet nothing was delivered. When you go to a shop and purchased something, you want them to tell you to come back to the shop 5 times before you can get the product? COME ON. They paid you back your money. They didn't force you to buy their products. Nor did they not try the best to give you your specs. They failed to deliver, yes, but they paid every cent you paid them. They did nothing wrong, except to fail their promise of their goods so they refunded every cent.
So give and take, they owe you nothing.

I wasnt making any false allegations. These are all facts.
I may not be a very big customer to them but by saying that the reputation is tarnished but someone is so unfair. Wat abt consumer's rights? Is not tiny scratches by the way. You mean you can wear a spectacle that have scratches on your lenses and you dont mind? hmmm... Like you said, they have a reputation but seems like they are not upholding it? I was also surprised that with such a big organisation, they can provide such poor quality of lenses? I think it would be unfair to the company which has offered refund since if they made faulty lenses, or probably just tiny scratches becos of their staff or handling and end up having reputation tarnished and wasting money for the lenses... (i'm talking about the damaged returned ones) because of someone.
