Actually I will take Frustated's side on this. If a shop wastes my time on lousy and defective workmanship and I paid a hell lot for it, they get hell. I ever bought a sonia rykiel bag with rhinestone studs on it that fell off. The shop actually replaced it for free even though it was a 3 month old bag. WHY? because when you pay an exorbitant price , you expect quality and service. Same goes for frustated's oakleys.
If my cheap $20 handbag fell apart in 3 months, I don't expect a replacement because I know there will be no replacement for a cheapo stuff like this. -
Don't be frightened by that article before you find out the details! I don't know about the case but suspect there must be more to it. It is very difficult for anyone to sue you for defamation and win if what you say is true fact. But you must make sure that it is fact and not something subjective, like "lousy dogs", which is difficult to prove. For forum posting or any where the gen public has access, you must also be careful not to reveal the name or info which could easily lead to the id of the party concerned.
