It is whether they choose to carry out these act. Come on, they are matured adults with many years behind them. They could have chose not to follow this inhumane act. It just tells us they have a sadist streak in them... they are the stupid ones.

I respect CPT Pandiaraj and Warrant Bala alot and I am itching to close or even delete this stupid thread from a obvious moron who does not know the workings of the SAF or any civil service for the matter.
