I was traveling in my car along ECP on 22nd Feb 2005 at about 1630hrs towards city on the center lane.
While driving,i observe that the vehicle traveling along the extreme right lane was moving very slowing.Should be around 60km.
To my surprise,i saw a LTA vehicle GX8997L traveling on the extreme.
i just curious when commoner could get penalise for that.And yet the Traffic Chief is preaching on clamping down on motorist that contravention of any rules or an offence the Road Traffic Act.
Although i had seen Police Van and Bus even Cisco traveling on the center lane of expressway,which they might be allow as "Queen do no wrong".
But i was surprise that a pick up traveling at the extreme right lane by a corporation that suppose enforce.
Personally i got a parking ticketing for parking my vehicle on the double yellow line although that road was a formerly taxi stand,As i was rushing to answer nature call and i was not familiar with the estate there and had use the toilet at shopping centre.But Cisco on the even date parking and unloading "Good" along the main road do not get penalise.
