  a question for you guys. i'm just wondering how come the malays are still paying 1/2 school fees since beginless time and still can afford to 'born' so much babies . why the chinese or the indians are paying half instead?

  I tink the reason is abt compromise n accomodation. Malays afterall being natives, are entitled to some benefits. n 1/2 sch fees? i always had the impression tt lower level of education is free to them. Hmm.. whatever.. it's fine with me.. i'm not complaining..
