so the 'our brothers' created this 1/2 school fees way back in the 18th century or natives.....Its kinda freaking excuse. Any more convincing reasons?i definitely see no reason why they are given these privileges. Why not made it 1/2 price for all or for those poorer families? These ppl definitely needed it more than the 'natives. I can see that alot of them nowadays are well off already. This is year 2005 an not some 1800s. well i would say the policies must be review. So LKY founded and establish Spore as a democratic Independent country , so shoulded the chinese be given more priviledges instead.
