Also, coming from their native country, China, I believe most of them are quite poor so they get to enjoy the above benefits that you've mentioned. But if they are really lazy and all, I doubt they would still have the privilege.

they started the School Pocket Money Fund .. sounds good.. but in fact the $$ are from donations from the public. how many times have you read from the papers that the Fund is not enough to be distributed to a large portion of those who applied and so hopefully the public could contribute more?
but with foreign kids? Our govt can't wait to give our $$ to sponsor them!! Fair?
