thought the service industry has been improving in both private and civil sector
sad to say, dun see such service improvement for HDB mgmt
yet they claim to be ISO9000 certified
already made my full payment for my new flat thru bank loan and supposed to collect keys on the next day
but HDB ended up delaying for up to a week
called the staff and didnt give reason why the delay
my neighbour got the HDB loan later and he got the keys faster than me... sounds unfair rite?
btw, me already complaint to MP
they got the msg,
again they promised me they settle it by next wk!!!
stilll can trust them?
anyone faced this kind of situation? care to share?
