Election must really be closer than we all think because PAP is beginning it's political propaganda in TV.
These TV programmes featured mostly younger ministers and MPs and apparently avoiding unpopular figures like Mah Bow Tan, Lee Boon Yang and the rest.
Watching these programmes confirmed the fact PAP is now trying to undo the bad hateful image most Singaporeans have of their Government Leaders.
Is it fair that Channel 6 only gives PAP party airspace to advertise their candidates in the GE?
Why are'nt opposition parties given the same previleges?

I am grateful that alternative mediums exist to provide opinions and different possible policies than that proposed by the PAP administration. I am not saying that what the PAP administration has come up with has so far hurt the country badly, but I am worried about the future. Already, the $388 million mistake by the IDA was swept past with rampant indifference.
The lack of alternative (perhaps even better, more often than not) views will be detrimental to our development, surely, although the effects seem to be a bit far off, and hidden, we do not want it to creep up on us, do we?
Even Lee Kwan Yew has admitted to having made mistakes. Not allowing F1 racing in Singapore, which he figures would have raised our portfolio in the international limelight. Would public debate be able to resolve and rectify, perhaps even prevent that problem in the first place? -

Didn't Singapore host Grand Prix races at Old Upp Thomson in the past? What's wrong with bringing back the Singapore Grand Prix? Sorry, I should have also mentioned SCV's Channel news asia, channel 6.
PAP has lined up 6 or seven 'likeable' characters to help soften the iron fist image of PAP.
Of course we all know PAP well enough to understand its all just one big charade. We are not stupid!
And after the elections are over Singapore will return to normal - dictator rule.
Old man will continue to happily tell his son how things should be done.
