Why Singaporean vote PAP ?

Really at the end of the day.
The people cannot blame the opposition.
The people cannot blame the ruling party.
The people can only blame themselves.
For voting in the manner which allowed the Ruling party to become what it has become.
For voting in the manner which allowed Singapore to slide to what it is today.
And at this stage to still feel fear exercising your vote when things are not going the way it has been promised.
If exercising your vote is so fearful. As yourself whether having the Ruling party remain is it is or continue developing in the manner it has is more fearful. Then you will have your answer on how to vote. -
There is nothing cowardly or courageous about voting for oppo. The problem is more than 70% of the people out there really believes what the Shitty Times and mediacorpse tell them day in day out. These folks are hoodwinked. They themselves also do not question authorities or some are just plain dumb. There's no one else to vote for. I'd be tempted to vote opposition if they stuck to the issues instead of trying to sling dirty and accuse the government of their wrong doings. Show they're concern with running the country properly and they'll definetly get more votes.
Btw, after the last couple of elections, it should tell you that the government knows that more people are not voting PAP and they're a little scared. Changing the 'territories of each GRC', etc. Pulling out all the stunts to keep the 'presidential election' fair. Labour Party, get your act together instead of being a joke of a party. Selling books at the MRT station, hunger strikes. Singaporeans don't care for that crap. When you get your act together you'll naturally get more votes, no matter how the government will want to rigg it. -

SAF personnels, Government sector ppl, totalling to a mass of votes.
Plus the priviledge of monetary funds when election.
Adding to promises of renovation of HDB and lift.
NTUC cheap cheap things....
Who will not be tempted to it.

My opinion is
Whether u look in a view of
1) A full tin of Black paint mix with a drop of white paint
or
2) A full tin of white paint mix with a drop of black paint
ALthough it seems the same.... yet it makes a big difference.
1) there's no effect which is e current situation of Singapore.
2) there will be change in colour, white to gray.
BUT its not significant to sight. IF there's more droplets of talent on BLack, It can turn the table.
There's too much of classified things... Its so dark.
Situation 1) always exists. Unless there's a major change in the country, or crisis. else it will takes a long time maybe 50 yrs to really improve, or make a change.
We aren't sure the change is for the better, but we feel the need to change huh?

look around with internet and forum beyond the control of gov, more vews are being express at different angles.
the next election will be a good test not on gov but the changing views towards PAP and there are more risk takers.
means they are willing to risk all they have into new political parties.
house , carreers,jobs
they even dare to swing votes for the sake of expressing their dissatisfaction.
PAP fear this kind of votes. it has happen in yishun central before due lower income group not getting much help. the ex MP WP guy is just as bad.
forumers will use all means to gather swing votes for parties they want to win. PAP are helpless against that. -
