of course it depends on the interviewer...but he/she would be influenced by what the intervievee says/doesnt says and do/doesnt do
most of the time u just need to 'show' that you are technically competent (usually determined by the reporting manager) and you are able to 'fit' into the culture of the coy... (determined by the hr ppl)
