We are writing to you regarding your vote casted at YYYYY polling centre at XX January XXXX, XX:XX am, serial number XXXXXXXX.
I am sure that you understand that the election for a representative for your ward is an very important exercise which must be carried out with the utmost consideration.
We are therefore disappointed that you have failed to vote in accordance with the majority of more enlightened constituents. However, take good faith that we have taken all necessary precautions to correct your oversight, as we know that your mis-step was probably just an honest mistake, since your previous voting records have been consistently correct for the past elections.
But to ensure that your mistake is not repeated, your appointment as Senior Manager at XXXXXXXXX Private Limited has been reduced to Warehouse Executive. Do note that there is no need to attempt a career change, as your name has been blacklisted into the database.
