What do u think of young Lee performance?

  I dont think he is going to make it.......he combine the weak point of Lou Lee n Lou Goh,i dont think he is going to revive Singapore's economy which under Lou Goh times has been going downward.What do u guys think of him?

  Lou goh got nowhere with straghtline forecasting of economy that got awry. He saw his role as to preserve order and soften the impact of the dynasty.
  
  Young Lee see the same justification to give the dying dynasty a new lease of life with a more affable youngish approach. This type is text-book-like skirting around instead of solving fundamental problems and isn't going to work. Two wrongs do not make a right.

  Perhaps this is what they call it "Like father,like son"........And Lou Goh that time still stress that young Lee is different from his father,ya right.......Look at what he did after succeeded PM,close down 1 TV media,all the propaganda advertisment trying to "brainwash" ppl,at one time we even run out of eggs on the market,this is what Lou Goh say different from his father?

  ya rite! with his 5 day working week, schools have to cramp all the syllabi n ecas in 5 days, not forgetting remedial and supplementary and enrichment classes. my daughter has been attending school from 7am to 6.30 pm daily ever since, and weeks prior to exams 7am to 9pm. primary school oni leh!

  He tries but is over-shadowed by past policies set by the older Lee. PR side is okay - high marks. Real change to solve problems - pending.

  that's is very true. our weekend is already very short, even more so for those in combat units who must stay in on weekdays. so the 5 days week is very beneficial to us.
