My 2nd Suggestion to PM

  I suggest PM to consider combining president & Speaker of Parliament into one appointment.It can be the presdient takes on the additional role of the Speaker or the Speaker takes on the additional role of the president (but gives up the appointment of MP).
  
  An advantage for implementing the suggestion is the president would have 'real' works to do besides performing mostly ceremonial duties.I believe the duties of Speaker of Parliament are not heavy since hie is in charge of only a small staff of Parliament & some parliamentary committees.

  But bear in mind the workload
  
  if combined, the president will have to do the speaker's job, on top of meeting emissaries and supposedly minding our reserves....
