Ugh, are you serious? That's just completely wrong.
Take it up with NUS' Office of Student Affairs and make sure action is taken. Better yet, write in, at the same time, to ST's Forum page about it.
I'm sure you can't be the only one with such grouses.. it'll be even better if you have other students in agreement with you, as that might make your complaint more valid.
