  and how come the suspect murderer of the Kallang murder case, the suspect is deprived of his rights to the lawyer... and how does a lawyer presence be infringing the investigation?
  
  Now who is infringing and obstructing the course of justice?
  
  He might have done it; he is still entitled to have his lawyer to advise him on his rights... and though the presence of lawyer is to be done when the suspect is being interrogated?
  
  Is ISA being used? (I dun think so)
  
  So wat the fark is the DPP and police doing?
