Sue The Government & Win The Case

Have anyone actually sued the government of singapore and actually win? I have heard that it actually does happen. But does anyone directly know what case is it? And how much were they paid out?

I think the only case is with SIA lor... most widely publicized SQ006 suit. Everyone won in that case except SIA.
Although SIA is not exactly GOVT yeah? but somehow related lah. -
Also that CCL $1 compensation

Actually got one case whereby someone used a flaw in the structure to actually appeal somewhere.. this someone's case was against a person you will never want to go against... dont want to reveal names coughcoughISDcoughcough -

There is no way the gahmen will allow such a precedent.
Even if you had a geniuine case however rock solid, the authorities will most likely bury you in a heap of legal issues and paperwork before you can even say 'SUE'!
On the other hand, the gahmen is not likely to offer much (if any) opportunities for legal claims against them in the first place. -

Imagine soaking you up with various and uncountable issues.
Imagine the verdict is based on a slight, unimportant issue blown apart after opening many collective issues. Or else they drag until a loop-hole is exposed. -
