  Well well,
  the IOC session is ending and we're beginning to see the results...
  
  Retail business in raffles city saw a drop of 60% in their sales
  Electronics store saw a little increase in the sale of.... Plugs and batteries..
  At least Food Junction saw an increase of 5% in the no. of customers
  Taxi booking didn't saw an expected increase as the delegates prefer to hire their own driver...Hotel around the raffles centre saw a full occupancy rate
  In other words, more harm has been done hosting the IOC session despite the hype about the delegates bringing more business opportunities.... and guess wat, we spent millions on security...
  
  i really feel damn sorry for the businesses in raffles city , paying the bill for the garmen's folly

  Well the only consolation is that we host the IOC and not the Olympics...
  
  Hosting Olympics would have been worst, with the building of facililties for the Olympics that can only be used for the Olympics. After Olympics, all become white elephants!

  1. Thats because increased security has made people unable / paranoid about going near there
  
  2. Electronics store has little increase because everyone came with their equipments ready
  
  3. Food junction is just experiencing a seasonal variation
  
  4. Thats because the IOC session is specialised , safely of the IOC members must be guarenteed in luxury cars.
  
  5. Those people else-where on that day , would also have been doing something
