2. He is very educated and articulative.
3. He does Charity work for a living !
4. He mixed with dignitaries, the Elites and Beautiful People.
5. He has a career well appointed and mapped.
All he needs is an edge from the King Maker and the Patrons blessings
and well he will be directly in line for that position.
If voting is required then the other honourable Patron of NFK,
Jackie Cheung can serenade a song or two for him and the votes will
definitely be in the bag.
In fact the pay packet is more than triple his current plus many more
benefits and perks.......
Alas, he had forgotten to eat his humble pie and start shooting from the
hip !

One thing for sure, the sanitory contractor with his uncouth ratting will

HDB flat, he too will NOT be qualified and infact some will say that no such
