This is shocking news that over 200 Singaporeans, who are dead, continue to pay insurance premiums deducted from their CPF accounts !
Even more shocking is the fact that CPF can take up to TWO Years in processing - and even MISSING OUT - on the claims submitted by family members of the dead CPF account holder !
Surprisingly, the Auditor-General's Office did not pick this out in their audit of the CPF Board in 2003 and 2004 for the respective preceding accounting years, but reported this in their July 2005 Annual Report.
