Not really. I see the names of the new directors and the new CEO and I realised immediately that they are all mostly PAP loyalists or people who refer to play safe and stand beside the PAP for safety's sake.
The new board will only pay lip service because of their immense loyalty to the PAP. And then some of them are in charge of organizations that are basically inefficient and offers bad entertainment(like mediacrap) and because they are in charge of GLCs, their position has been compromised.
I don't believe NKF will change with this new board. It's like swapping the old one for another recycled version- no change whatsoever. AFter the NKF incident dies down, they will go back to their old ways. Mark my words.
