anyway not possible, think must be 65 and above right? and must be at least CEO or equivalent etc on previous posts...
think DPM Tan may fit the bill....or even MM LKY or SM GCT?
I wouldnt mind if Lau Goh want to be a nominee...

Yes, but it is not a big deal. The penalty is that your name will be removed from the voters' register and you will not be able to vote in the future. You can apply to have your name reinstated. However, unless you can show that you had a valid reason for not voting, you will need to pay $5.
