I have been looking at the videos of your President.
At times, he appears unsure of the environment around him. When spoken to, he sometimes appear to ignore the speaker......perhaps his mind was somewhere else.
For his own good name sake, I think he should quit while he still has a good name..........die halfway also OK..........but don't go senile.....otherwise he will be forever remembered as the One who went GAGA during state functions.......
